Digram Developments Caledon Inc

The Town of Caledon would like to inform all residents and stakeholders that the Developer constructing the three subdivisions listed below has been placed in receivership and is in default of the Subdivision Agreement:

Digram Developments Caledon Inc, Phase 2, 43M - 2096
Digram Developments Caledon Inc, Phase 3, 43M – 2077

Consequently, the Town has assumed responsibility for the management and completion of these projects. With the approval of Council, SCS Consulting Group (SCS) has been retained as the civil engineering consultant for all three projects.

The Town has posted the Request for Tender (RFT) #2024-163 on its website. The closing date for submissions is December 4, 2024. The Town is optimistic about securing a qualified contractor through this process. Please check this website for any future updates regarding the tender.
