Digram Developments Caledon Inc

The Town of Caledon would like to inform all residents and stakeholders that the following developments will be completed in 2025:

• Digram Developments Caledon Inc. Phase 1, 43M - 2051

• Digram Developments Caledon Inc, Phase 2, 43M - 2096

• Digram Developments Caledon Inc, Phase 3, 43M - 2077

The Town has awarded Network Sewer and Watermain Ltd., with the construction contract to complete all remaining curbs, sidewalks, boulevards, sewer cleaning, road repairs, placement of top asphalt, etc. (municipal works), will commence mid-April, weather permitting. Work within the future park area on Sparrow Brook Street will commence approximately middle of February with grading and topsoil export. The installation of exfiltration trenches in the Royal Fern Crescent area will commence once site conditions allow.

Homeowners and residents are reminded that certain aspects of the development, including grading, sodding of individual lots, and driveway paving (private works), fall under the responsibility of the builder. These tasks are outside the scope of the Town's contracted work but may rely on the Town completing the municipal works prior to the private works being commencing. Residents, will need to coordinated private works directly with the builder. Please contact your home builder listed below:
