 Draft Plan of Subdivision

The Draft Plan of Subdivision will facilitate the creation of residential lots with access from a new subdivision road, each with a minimum frontage of 18.3 meters, a stormwater management block, a storm water easement block, and open space blocks.

The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to re-zone the lands from Rural Residential (RR) to a site-specific Residential One – Exception XX (R1-XX) and Open Space (OS) Zones.
