Register in-person or over the phone
Our Customer Service team is available during Recreation Centre hours to assist with in-person and over-the-phone registrations. Whether you need assistance with program registration, account management, or general inquiries, we are here to support you. We are committed to providing services in any language to ensure all community members can access the help they need.

Fees and discounts
Program rates are set through our Fee By-law as part of our annual budget. Registered program rates are listed without tax, while drop-in program rates include tax.
Non-Resident Rate |
Non-residents will be charged an additional fee of 10% per pre-registered program. Non-resident fees for memberships and other services may vary. |
Adult 55+ Discount |
Adults fifty-five (55) years of age or older are entitled to a 20% discount on all adult registered programs (with the exception of Adult 55+ specific programs). Proof of age may be required at the time of registration. Material fees are not eligible for a discount. |
Multi-Child Family Discount |
For families residing at the same address, if three or more siblings are registered in the same registered program, the third child and any additional children will receive a 20% discount on their lowest-cost program. Material fees are not eligible for a discount. |
Subsidy and fee assistance
We partner with various community organizations, including the Region of Peel, Brampton Caledon Community Living (BCCL), and Caledon Community Services (CCS), to offer subsidized rates for programs and memberships. These third-party service providers can help eligible participants access fee assistance, making it easier for everyone to join our programs. For more information on applying for financial assistance, please contact these organizations directly to inquire about their support options.
General requirements
Registration periods |
You can register for programs up until the third session. For camp programs, registration is open until five days before the start date. For training and leadership courses, you can register right up to the course start time. |
Age requirements |
Participants must meet the minimum age requirement by the start date of the program. For aquatic leadership trainings and courses, participants must be of age by the last session of the program. |
Photography, filming, and electronic devices |
For privacy reasons, electronic devices such as cell phones or portable games are not permitted in change rooms, washrooms, and program areas. Photography and filming are not permitted during registered programs and drop-in activities. Town staff may take photos for marketing purposes, with parental/guardian permission required for participants 17 years and younger. |
Waitlists |
If your preferred course is full, we strongly encourage you to join a waitlist as soon as possible. If a spot becomes available, you will receive an email and have 36 hours to confirm and pay for your spot. |
Support and inclusion |
Personal support workers assisting individuals in a program are admitted at no charge and are not required to register. We also have dedicated support staff available upon request, subject to availability. |

While our recommended tips can help increase your odds of successful registration, we cannot guarantee that you will secure a spot in your desired program or activity.
- Check that you can log in to your online account in advance of the registration date.
- Review your account and make sure that the personal information listed for all family members is correct. Add your credit card information to the "Financial Information" section of your account to allow for a quicker checkout process.
- Plan ahead and browse available courses when the online display is available and make a list of your top choices. Check back before registration opens to note any potential added courses or course changes.
If your registration attempt is unsuccessful, we strongly encourage you to join a waitlist as soon as possible.
Universal change rooms
We’re proud to offer inclusive and accessible facilities at the Caledon East Community Complex, the Caledon Centre for Recreation and Wellness, and the Southfields Community Centre designed with all community members in mind, regardless of their abilities, family structures, gender identities, or religious beliefs.
