Extension to Interim Control By-law
Council approved a one-year extension to an interim bylaw (from October 18, 2022) that restricts use of land for aggregates. The extension is to give the Town time complete the Supplementary Aggregate Resources Policy Study. The bylaw does not prevent applications from being received by the Town. Tails wagging for Animal Service Shelter donation

Caledon Animal Services accepted a donation today for $5,000, one of the biggest donations this year, from students and staff at Montessori Country School.
“I thank the Montessori Country school for raising funds for our shelter. Hundreds of animals in need come through our animal shelter doors each year,” said Mayor Annette Groves. “We aim to reunite, rehabilitate, and rehome lost and abandoned animals in our community and this donation is a tremendous help to us in achieving these goals.”

New full-time firefighter recruits join Caledon Fire and Emergency Services team

September 22, 2023 (CALEDON, ON) – The Town of Caledon Fire and Emergency Services department welcomed nine new full-time firefighters to the team at a graduation ceremony held today at Station 302 in Bolton.
