Chance of snow? Street parking is a NO under the Town of Caledon’s Winter Parking Restrictions

November 15, 2022 – With winter weather starting to arrive, the Town of Caledon is reminding residents that winter parking restrictions are in effect from November 1 until April 30. During this time, there is no street parking permitted in Caledon when winter operations, such as salting or plowing, are taking place.

These restrictions assist the Town in maintaining over 1,600 km of local roads, while adhering to the Minimum Maintenance Standards as per the Municipal Act.

November 14, 2022 – The Town of Caledon Fire & Emergency Services is once again teaming up with Caledon Community Services (CCS) to support the ‘Season of Hope’ program, previously known as the Santa Fund. Town of Caledon Inaugural Council Meeting

The Inaugural meeting for Caledon’s newly elected Town Council will take place on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at 7 p.m. at the Caledon East Community Complex.

The meeting will consist of the procession of the new Council-Elect, the Declaration of Office and the dedicatory and inaugural address.
