The applicant, Strategy 4 (c/o Jeff Kenny), has applied for a Zoning By-law Amendment for 460 Queen Street South. The application seeks to rezone a portion of the subject lands located at 460 Queen Street South (Copper House) from Serviced Industrial (MS) to Prestige Industrial Exception (MP-XX). The purpose and effect of the application is to permit a Day Nursery and associated uses and remove various Serviced Industrial uses.

Replacement of Rubber Playground Surfacing

The playgrounds at North Hill Park and Keith McCreary Park will be resurfaced.
Work includes removal of the existing rubber surfaces, and installation of new rubber playground surfaces. Playgrounds will be closed during construction.

Queensgate Asphalt Path Reconstruction

Reconstruction of a pedestrian pathway will occur between Queensgate Blvd and Landsbridge St in Bolton.
Work includes the removal of the existing path, and installation of a new asphalt pathway. The path area will be closed off with construction fencing.

Revitalizing Queensgate Boulevard & Kennedy Road

As part of the Revitalizing Caledon Streets Program, the Town of Caledon has initiated a study to explore the feasibility of improving Queensgate Boulevard and Kennedy Road.
Queensgate Boulevard: Highway 50 to Albion-Vaughan Road
Kennedy Road: Abbotside Way to the roundabout at Bonnieglen Farm Boulevard and Newhouse Boulevard

Tamarack Subdivision: Environmental Assessment

THE STUDYThe Town of Caledon has initiated a Schedule ‘B’ Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Study to address drainage issues in the Tamarack Estates subdivision.
THE PROCESSIn order to conduct field investigations, “permission to enter” agreements will be sought with landowners in the subdivision. Once alternatives have been identified, a public information centre (PIC) will be held, most likelyin the fall of 2019 (stay tuned for details).
