Mayor Annette Groves and Council invite you to the 21st Annual WinterFest Celebration. Join us for free swimming, skating, crafts, food, a fun photobooth, and more!

A welcome address from Mayor Groves and Council will take place at 1:25 p.m., followed by an indoor bubble show from 2:30 – 3:10 p.m.
