TAKE NOTICE that as per council resolution 2024-209, the Town of Caledon on November 26, 2024 resolved to consent to the application to demolish the barn and outbuildings and remove mature trees at 12304 Heart Lake Road,in accordance with section 34 of the Ontario Heritage Act, subject to the following conditions:

  1. That prior to demolition, measured elevations of the barn be provided, to the satisfaction of Heritage staff;
