A Public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 to consider a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment (File Number: RZ 16-01). The purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to change the zoning designation on the subject lands from Agricultural (A1) to Prestige Industrial (MP) to permit the construction of a three storey industrial building with warehouse and office space and open storage at the rear of the property.

John Corbett of Corbett Land Strategies on behalf of MJJJ Developments has submitted a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment (File Number: RZ 16-01).
The purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to change the zoning designation on the subject lands from Agricultural (A1) to Prestige Industrial (MP) to permit the construction of a three-storey warehouse and office space with open storage at the rear of the property.
