Palgrave Ball Park Picnic Shelter Roof Replacement

The picnic shelter roof at Palgrave Ball Park, located at 17293 Mount Hope Road, will undergo roof replacement.
Work includes the removal of the existing roof and installation of a new roof. The picnic shelter area will be closed off during construction.
Shelter closure for this work will be effective as of:
Monday, November 5, 2018 (anticipated commencement date)
Friday, November 16, 2018 (anticipated completion date)

Storm Water Management Pond Retrofit

A new spillway will be retrofitted at the pond at Kennedy and Abbotside Way. The work entails excavating the existing spillway and installing a stone lined spillway to prevent erosion. The spillway will release/divert overflowing pond water into nearby streams.
No closures will be required throughout the duration of the project, but residents are reminded to keep a safe distance from possible equipment and machinery in the area. The work is anticipated to commence:
