(April 9, 2018) Mayor Allan Thompson has issued an additional statement on the passing of Caledon Citizen editor Bill Rea: 

As a community we are deeply grateful for the life and work of Bill Rea. 

Bill connected with his readers through a shared sense of community.

Whatever was happening in Town, you could count on Bill being there to capture the moment.  

He was well known for his dry wit and clever sense of humour.

You are invited to the second Public Information Centre on April 26, 2018 about planned improvements on Mountainview Road between Olde Base Line Road and Granite Stones Drive. Town Presents 2017 Operating Budget Surplus

Today, the Town of Caledon highlighted key financial management accomplishments in 2017, as well took another step in being prepared for future community needs.

Town staff, through the Operating Budget Variance report, presented a surplus of $3,339,955 from the 2017 operating budget.
