The Town of Caledon has committed to the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy, joining almost 7,500 cities and local governments representing over 680 million people around the world, to take action on climate change.

On September 6, 2017 hundreds of golfers descended on Osprey Valley Golf Course for the 14th  edition of the Caledon Council Community Golf Tournament. Under the leadership of Caledon Council – and with the support of a full slate of sponsors – the 2017 Tournament raised well over $100,000, passing a milestone of one million dollars given back to the community over the life of the Tournament.
