The Town of Caledon is holding a grand opening celebration to commemorate the completion of the 52,000-square-foot expansion of the Caledon East Community Complex (CECC).

What are we doing?

• Crack sealing is a method of applying a hot sealant into cracks in a road surface. The sealant prevents or reduces the intrusion of water and other materials into the pavement. Crack sealing is a cost-effective treatment that can extend pavement life by three to five years.

Caledon announces Fire Chief’s retirement

September 8, 2023 (CALEDON, ON) – The Town of Caledon announced today that Dave Forfar, Chief of Fire and Emergency Services has decided to retire by the end of 2023.

Chief Dave Forfar stepped in as the interim Chief of Fire and Emergency Services in January 2022. Automated Speed Cameras launch for back to school

Just in time for back to school, the Town of Caledon’s two new mobile Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) cameras are now operational in two designated Community Safety Zones.  The cameras are located in Bolton at Columbia Way and in Southfields Village at Kennedy Road.
