Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision |
The Town of Caledon is in receipt of applications to amend the Zoning By-law and for a Draft Plan of Subdivision to facilitate a mixed-use development. The proposed project consists of a total of 2,275 residential units comprising of 580 single detached dwellings and 1,695 townhouse units. Additional units will be developed within the mixed-use and medium density blocks, to be evaluated through future and separate planning applications. The proposal also includes 3 Elementary School Blocks, 15 Park Blocks and a Stormwater Management Block. Access to this subdivision is proposed from The Gore Road and King Street. |
