Celebrate Caledon’s Customer Service teams!

Customer Service Week occurs annually in October and recognizes the dedicated staff who work deliver services to residents, businesses, and visitors.

Caledon’s customer service staff is committed to delivering exceptional, equitable and accessible customer service. We are proud to recognize our front-line staff for their dedication to service excellence and making positive differences every day.

In 2023, our customer service teams:

  • answered over 58,000 phone calls and returned over 1000 voicemails
  • received over 27,000 emails
  • entered 8917 service requests for our Operations Team
  • processed over $100,000 in outgoing mail postage
  • Managed 293 Marriage Licenses, a dramatic increase since participation in the Government of Ontario’s Marriage Licence Modernization Pilot Program

Meet Dave, a member of our Roads and Fleet team. Dave and his colleagues keep Caledon’s roads in good, working order.


Meet Justin, a member of our Information Technology team. Justin helps keep Caledon’s high-tech systems running smoothly as we serve our residents, businesses, and visitors. 

Meet Rachel, a member of our Operations team. Rachel and her team keep our community spaces in great shape so we can all enjoy them together. 

Meet Deepika, a member of the Service Caledon team. Deepika and the Service Caledon team work with all departments at Town Hall to resolve a wide range of community queries efficiently. They also manage and process important documents like tax payments and marriage certificates.

Meet Davinder, a Coordinator for the Mayor and Council Offices. Davinder and her team help the Mayor and Councillors connect with residents and business owners where it matters most.
