The Grading Permission Application Form is to be submitted as part of the grading application package. The grading application process is administrated by the Town’s Development Engineering division.

1) Grading Clearance Matrix & supporting documentation
2) Tree Preservation Plan
3) Topsoil Management plan
4) Erosion and Sediment Control report
5) Erosion and Sediment Control drawings
6) Road Occupancy Permit
7) Demolition Permit
8) Grading Project cost estimate
9) Landscaping cost estimate
10) Grading Plan
Application Instructions:
- Please complete all applicable fields and provide the completed form as part of the application package.
- Please list all submissions included as part of the application package.
- Incomplete, irrelevant, or missing information will delay the processing time.
