Road Rehabilitation of Humber Station Road
(From King Street to Healey Road)
RFT 2022-76
Humber Station Road between King Street and Healey Road will be rehabilitated in order to improve road safety, stormwater drainage and to extend the life of the pavement surface.
Local access will be maintained at all times.
Anticipated Start Date: July 4th, 2023
Anticipated End Date: October 13th, 2023

NOTICE – ROAD RE-OPEN
PROJECT NAME: Castlederg Sideroad – Emergency Culvert Replacement
PROJECT LOCATION: Castlederg Sideroad (between Mount Pleasant and Mount Wolfe Road)
Road Reopened: Castlederg Road from Mount Pleasant Road to Caledon/King Townline Road.
The emergency culvert replacement works on Castlederg are completed and the road is re-open to the public.

June 21, 2023 (CALEDON, ON) – The spongy moth outbreak that peaked in 2021 has declined significantly this year. The spongy moth is still present in some regions of Ontario, however outbreak areas and severity will continue to decline in 2023.
It’s important to turn our focus to other invasive forest pest species that could impact our region in the near future.

Town of Caledon wishes everyone a happy and safe Canada Day. Please note, Canada Day closures vary. Town offices will be closed on Monday, July 3 (for the statutory holiday on Saturday, July 1, 2023) reopening on July 4, 2023.
