Council adopts Future Caledon Official Plan 

After thorough consultation with the public and community partners including 60 community engagement events, Council adopted the Town’s new Official Plan, “Future Caledon”. The new Official Plan lays out a detailed roadmap to help shape the future Caledon wants to see over the next 30 years. 

The Plan will direct services, land use and quality of life in our community across five focus areas:

CALEDON, ON (March 27, 2024) The Town of Caledon wishes everyone a happy Easter. Please note, Easter closures vary. Town offices will be closed on Friday, March 29 reopening on Monday, April 1, 2024.

Provincial Offences Courts

Provincial Offences Courts in Orangeville and Caledon East will be closed on Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1, reopening on Tuesday April 2.

Animal Services

The Animal Shelter will be closed on Friday, March 29 and open for usual hours beginning Saturday, March 30.
