Road Closures

The Town of Caledon is currently seeking experienced and dedicated citizens interested in bringing their knowledge and passion to serve the Caledon community. The Town promotes and encourages civic engagement. Committees and Task Forces play an important role in guiding community improvements and making recommendations to Council.

We are currently recruiting for the following opportunities:

Caledon East Revitalization Task Force – 8 vacant positions

Members of the Caledon East Revitalization Task...

Work includes the replacement of existing play structures, swings and safety surfacing within the Parks. The area of construction will be enclosed within construction fencing. No road closures will be in place, however due to proximity, the existing play equipment may require closure at certain times throughout construction.

This work will be completed by Park N Water Ltd.

Playground equipment will be replaced at the following parks:

• Dell’Unto Parkette – 1 Carriage House Road, Bolton (Map)

Enhanced Road Program

The following road segments are scheduled to undergo road rehabilitation which includes road base improvements, new pavement and roadside drainage enhancements to local ditches and driveway culverts:

• McConachie Crescent from Kennedy Road to Kennedy Road
•  Prescott Drive from Fountainbridge Road to Whitbread Ave
• Corsham Place from Whitbread Ave to Road End    
• Flaherty Lane from Porterfield Road to Road End
