Zoning By-law Amendment

The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to amend the zoning of the property from to Lift the Holding Symbols and revise the permitted encroachment provisions to allow minor flexibility for the proposed dwelling units. The lands are currently zoned Mixed Density Residential – Special Exception 686 – Holding Provision 39A and Holding Provision 39B (RMD-686-H39A-H39B) and Environmental Policy Area One – Holding Provision 39A and Holding Provision 39B (EPA1-H39A-H39B).
