The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to amend the zoning of the property from Agricultural (A1), Environmental Policy Area One (EPA1) and Environmental Policy Area Two (EPA2), to a Prestige Industrial site-specific zone and environmental zones to implement the proposed development.
