Caledon launches new Property Tax Portal to simplify tax management

(February 12, 2025) CALEDON, ON – The Town of Caledon is making it easier than ever for property owners to manage their taxes with the launch of a new online Property Tax Portal. Designed to save time and simplify tax management, the portal provides property owners with secure, 24/7 access to their tax information. 

  • Go Paperless: Sign up for electronic billing (eBilling), a pre-authorized payment plan and receive tax bills online.

    •  Note: Payments cannot be made directly through the portal. 

  • Get 24/7 Access: View your property tax details anytime, anywhere. 

  • Stay Organized: Manage your account information and track your property tax history in one convenient, secure place, with downloadable tax records. 

“With our new Property Tax Portal, we are streamlining the way residents interact with their property tax accounts,” said Robert Cummings, Commissioner of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Town of Caledon. “By providing an easy-to-use online platform, we’re making it more convenient than ever for property owners to access their tax information, set up electronic payments and stay on top of their records—all in just a few clicks.” 

The Property Tax Portal is part of the Town’s commitment to enhancing digital services for residents and modernizing operations, positioning Caledon to achieve its growth target of 300,000 residents by 2051. 

Look out for your Interim Tax Bill this February in the mail and sign up for the Property Tax Portal at caledon.ca/tax.
