Congratulations to the Caledon Cavaliers RFC, Ontario's Minor Club Program Two Years in a Row!

July 23, 2024 (CALEDON, ON) – On Tuesday, July 23 at Town Hall, staff and Council congratulated the Caledon Cavaliers Rugby Football Club for winning Ontario’s Minor Rugby Club Program of the Year for the second year in a row. Each year, Rugby Ontario marks the end of the rugby season by recognizing individuals and clubs for their achievements and contributions to the game. For both the 2022 and 2023 seasons, Rugby Ontario has awarded the Caledon Cavaliers. 

“On behalf of the entire Town of Caledon, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to our very own Caledon Cavaliers for their outstanding achievement in winning Ontario’s Minor Club Program of the Year, two years in a row,” said Mayor Annette Groves. “Your dedication, teamwork and sportsmanship set a remarkable example for our aspiring athletes and we are incredibly proud of your accomplishments. Well done!”
