Eight artists featured in Art in the Halls now on display at Town facilities

September 19, 2024 (CALEDON, ON) – Fall in love with Caledon is the theme of the Town’s newly launched fall art exhibition, with new art pieces from eight local artists on display for residents and visitors to enjoy. This Art in the Halls exhibition is part of Caledon’s 50th anniversary celebrations and the second exhibition this year in Town facilities.

“Community vitality and livability is a key priority for the Town, and through Art in the Halls, and the upcoming three-week Culture Days festival, we continue to encourage and promote creative expression and the vast arts and cultural landscape that makes Caledon so unique,” said Nathan Hyde, CAO of the Town of Caledon. “After the success of our first summer exhibition, we are excited for the launch of the fall exhibition with beautiful new pieces of artwork continuing to bring energy and excitement to our public spaces,”

The following artists and their artwork can now be found in Town Hall, Caledon East Community Complex and the Humber River Centre until January 2, 2025.

The annual Culture Days festival returns September 20 through October 13, with dozens of free events taking place throughout Caledon.
