The applicant has submitted a Draft Plan of Condominium application to facilitate a standard condominium with 57 stacked townhouse units, parking spaces, and open space area. A copy of the proposed draft plan is attached for your review. Please note that this plan is proposed, under review and subject to change.

Appeal Procedure |
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to the Clerk of the Town of Caledon in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision/condominium before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision/condominium, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Town of Caledon to the Ontario Land Tribunal. If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to the Clerk of the Town of Caledon in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision/condominium before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision/condominium, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so. |
