Proposal:

The applicant has submitted a Draft Plan of Subdivision application to facilitate a residential subdivision consisting of 1,421 dwelling units, a medium density block, mixed use residential blocks, a school, parks, roads, stormwater management ponds, pumping station, open space and natural heritage blocks and future development blocks.
