Proposed Changes
The purpose of the proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment (extension of a temporary use) is to permit the continued operation of an existing commercial nursery and garden supply center for a period of three (3) additional years.

Appeal Procedure |
The applicant or specified persons as defined by the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, public bodies as defined by the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended and registered owners of land to which the by-law would apply who made oral or written submissions to Council prior to the passing of the by-law may appeal a decision of the municipality or planning board to the Ontario Land Tribunal. No person or public body shall be added as a party to the hearing of the appeal unless, before the by-law was passed, they made oral submissions at a public meeting or written submissions to the council or, in the opinion of the Ontario Land Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to add the person, public body or registered owner of land to which the by-law would apply as a party. |
