Notice of Construction - North Hill Park Playground Improvements

Work includes the replacement of all existing playground equipment in the junior, senior and swing areas. Improvements will also include new concrete curbs around the play areas with access ramps, engineered wood fibre surfacing, asphalt trail widening and resurfacing, and the installation of new benches and a trash receptacle. The playground is located at 14111 Highway 50, adjacent the Caledon Centre for Recreation and Wellness in Bolton.

The existing playground will be closed for use, effective immediately.

No road closures are required. Pathways will be temporarily closed in the proximity of the playground during active construction works. Neighbouring properties of the park can expect construction noise at times throughout the day for the duration of the project.

Anticipated Start Date: Friday, April 11, 2025

Anticipated End Date: Monday, September 1, 2025
