Proposed Changes

The applicant has applied for a Zoning By-law Amendment (Lifting of Holding Symbol (“H”)) to remove the Holding Symbol (“MS-712-H51, MS-713-H51, EPA1-H51 and EPA1-405-H51”) on the subject lands for lands zoned Serviced Industrial Exception 712 Holding Symbol 51 (MS-712-H51), Serviced Industrial Exception 713 Holding Symbol 51 (MS-713-H51), Environmental Policy Area 1 Holding Symbol 51 (EPA1-H51 and Environmental Policy Area 1 Exception 405 Holding Symbol 51 (EPA1-405-H51) Zone by Zoning By-law 2006-50, as amended. Removal of the Holding Symbols (“H51”) will allow for industrial uses on these lands subject to Town approvals.

Appeal Procedure
Under Section 36(3) of the Planning Act, only the applicant has appeal rights with respect to the removal of a Holding (H) symbol. There are no third-party rights to appeal the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment.
