Proposed Changes
The applicant has applied for a Zoning By-law Amendment to facilitate the development of four estate residential lots with structural envelopes fronting onto Buckstown Trail. The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to rezone a portion of the lands from Environmental Policy Area 1 Zone – Oak Ridges Moraine (EPA1-ORM), Environmental Policy Area 2 Zone – Oak Ridges Moraine (EPA2-ORM) and Rural – Oak Ridges Moraine – Exception 596 (A2-ORM-596) to a site-specific Estate Residential – Oak Ridges Moraine (RE-ORM-XX) zone to permit estate residential development with site-specific setbacks, natural area restrictions and structure envelopes.

Appeal Procedure |
If a person or public body would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision of Council of the Town of Caledon to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to Town of Caledon before the proposed official plan amendment is adopted and/or before the Zoning By-law is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision. If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to Town of Caledon before the proposed official plan is adopted and/or before the Zoning By-law is passed, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party. |
