The Town of Caledon offers a hybrid meeting model with multiple ways for members of the public to participate and engage with Council.

Proposed Changes
The applicant has applied for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment to facilitate the development of an e-commerce development consisting of warehousing, distribution centres and industrial uses in three industrial buildings totaling approximately 369,045.12 m2 (3,972,368.61 ft2). The Official Plan Amendment proposes to include the lands within the settlement boundary and redesignate the lands from Prime Agricultural Area to General Industrial Area. The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to rezone the lands from Agricultural (A1) and Environmental Policy Area 2 Zone (EPA2) to Serviced Industrial – Exception XXX (MS-XXX) with site specific permissions and Environmental Policy Area 1 Zone (EPA 1).
