Service Caledon phone line maintenance Saturday, July 20

June 18, 2024 (CALEDON, ON) – Please be advised the Service Caledon phone line, including calls to 311, will experience intermittent downtime from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2024. Staff and the Town’s service provider will be performing scheduled upgrades to the software and phone system server. 

During this time, callers may get a recording that the system is down for maintenance. As there are multiple phone servers involved, some functionality of the system may be available at various stages throughout the upgrade.  

This does not include the 911 emergency phone line.
