Town of Caledon 2023 Canada Day Closures
Town of Caledon wishes everyone a happy and safe Canada Day. Please note, Canada Day closures vary. Town offices will be closed on Monday, July 3 (for the statutory holiday on Saturday, July 1, 2023) reopening on July 4, 2023.
Provincial Offences Courts
Provincial Offences Courts in Orangeville and Caledon East will be closed on Monday July 3 reopening on July 4, 2023.
Library Closures
All Libraries will be closed from July 1 and 2 reopening on July 3, 2023.
Animal Services
Animal Services will be closed July 1 to 3 reopening on July 4, 2023.
Recreation Caledon
All recreation facilities will be closed on July 1, 2023 reopening on July 2, 2023.

Personal use of Fireworks Prohibited - $365 Fine
Fireworks displays require a permit and a licensed technician to manage them. Municipal Law Enforcement Officers will be actively patrolling throughout the Town and anyone found discharging fireworks faces a minimum $365.00 fine. After-hours Emergencies
For after-hours emergencies such as downed trees on roads or flooding, call the Region of Peel at 1-800-563-7881.
To report an urgent issue about a stray domestic animal (certain conditions apply) or a sick and/or injured animal, call the Town’s after-hours service at 1-800-563-7881.
For power outages or to report downed wires, call Hydro One at 1-800-434-1235. To view the status of power outages, view their outage map.
The non-emergency number for the Caledon Ontario Provincial Police is 1-888-310-1122.
If the emergency is life-threatening, call 9-1-1.
