Town of Caledon 2021 Holiday Hours

Town Hall
Currently Town offices are open by appointment only. Starting at noon on December 24 Town Hall will close for the holidays and reopen on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 for regular business at 8:30 a.m. To book an appointment please call Service Caledon 905-584-2272 x. 7750.
Emergency Services
For an emergency, dial 9-1-1.
- Caledon Fire and Emergency Services
Starting at noon on December 24, administrative offices at 6211 Old Church Road in Caledon East will close for the holidays and reopen on Tuesday, January 4. caledon.ca/fire - Caledon Ontario Provincial Police
The Caledon detachment of the OPP will close at noon on December 24 and will be closed on Monday, December 27 and Tuesday, December 28. For non-emergencies, please call 1-888-310-1122. To contact the detachment during business hours, call 905-584-2241. caledon.ca/opp
Provincial Offences Administration
The Provincial Offences Courts in Caledon and Dufferin are closed for in person services and court attendances except by appointment only or by order of the court.
If you have a question about tickets or trial dates, please visit caledon.ca/poa for more information or contact your nearest court.
Starting at noon on December 24, phone/email service will not be available, but will resume on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 8:30 a.m.

Recreation
Recreation centres will be operating with special holiday hours.
Please note that facilities will be closed as follows:
- December 24: Open until 12 noon
- December 25, 26: CLOSED
- December 27 to 30 inclusive: Open regular hours
- December 31: Open until 12 noon
- January 1: CLOSED
- January 3: Open regular hours

Winterfest
Winterfest will look a little different again this year due to Covid-19 restrictions.
All in-person activities have been cancelled, but you can reserve a take-home kit with fun, family-friendly activities. The kits will be available for pickup on Sunday, January 2 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Mayfield Recreation Complex.

Caledon Animal Shelter
The Caledon Animal Shelter and leash-free dog park are located at 12889 Coleraine Drive. The Animal Shelter is open by appointment only. If you are looking to adopt a pet, please visit caledon.ca/animalservices or call 905-584-2272 x. 4698 to book an appointment.

Caledon Public Library (All Branches)
Please note: the Inglewood branch is currently closed. At present all library branches are offering expanded patron access.
