Town of Caledon’s Annual Report highlights key milestones and successes
The Town of Caledon has released its 2017 Annual Report, highlighting important accomplishments, including fiscal accountability, infrastructure growth, and ongoing strategic planning – all of which has continued to position Caledon as a fiscally responsible and financially stable municipality that is focused on building community capacity and planning for its future.
“Staff have done an incredible job and I thank them for their hard work in 2017,” said Mayor Allan Thompson. “This Annual Report is a great snapshot of real results and exceptional financial reporting. It highlights how we’ve been busy delivering on a number of priorities in the Council Work Plan and the TEAM Caledon corporate strategic plan, along with investing back into infrastructure for Caledon residents.”
The Town continues to be in a strong financial position because of strategic investments. The collaborative approach to building the 2017 budget has resulted in a successful year of serving the various needs of the community while ensuring responsible fiscal planning for the future.
