Transit service improvements in Caledon: Southfields Village

Route 81 transit service is improving in Southfields Village through collaborative works between the Town of Caledon and City of Brampton. The Town of Caledon is committed to further expanding public transit service across Caledon that is cost-effective, environmentally sustainable and convenient for residents.

Effective Monday, January 8, 2024, mid-day service and early evening trips will be implemented and added to the existing service schedule by Brampton Transit. This update is to service serves seniors, students, families and employees traveling outside peak hours.

Effective Monday January 8, Brampton Transit will implement service changes to ensure its transit system continues to move people safely and effectively.

81 Mayfield West (Caledon)

  • New midday service added.
  • Service extended until 8:30 p.m.
