Bolton North Hill Commercial Area Official Plan Amendment (Town Initiated)

A public Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 to consider a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment (File Number: RZ 16-02). The purpose of the Zoning By-law Amendment is to change the zoning designation on the subject lands from Agricultural (A1) to General Commercial Exception XXX (C-XXX) to permit commercial uses and site specific standards.
