Business Opening: Family Tree Childcare Centre

Family Tree Childcare Centre celebrated their grand opening on November 11, 2018, this new childcare centre is located at 194 McEwan Drive East, Unit 2, Bolton.

We asked owners (and sisters) Stefania, Giulia, and Alessia to tell us a little about the Centre:

Tell us about your business.

We are a family owned and operated childcare centre in the heart on Bolton. It's been a passion of ours to create a childcare centre which will give the children "A Home Away from Home" experience. Our teachers and staff are qualified and registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators and we offer childcare from 18 months to 5 years of age.

This location is our first and may not be our last.

How and/or why did you get into the child care business?

When people ask us why we started this centre, the first thing that pops into our heads is we wanted to provide a quality centre where children feel loved and appreciated and encourage life-long learning and friendships.  We come from a large family with lots of small children, so we absolutely adore all these little ones! 

Why are you locating your business in Bolton?

We were blessed to be able to build this centre in such a wonderful area with lots of new subdivisions and young families. We will open our hands and hearts to the neighborhood of Bolton/Caledon. 

Do you have a favourite activity or business in Caledon you’d like to share?

There are lots of favourite things here and a lot of great local business owners we'd like to give a shout out to: Canadian Black Belt Academy, Forster's Book Garden, Nobletoyz, Timeless Moments Day Spa, the Caledon Hawks Minor Hockey Club and the Caledon Coyotes Girls Hockey Association.
