How do I download the app?

You can download the Caledon Recreation Mobile App from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices). Simply search for "Caledon Recreation" and follow the instructions to install it on your device.

The app requires iOS 15.0 or later, macOS 12.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip or later, or Android 8.0 or later. 

How do I login to the app?

If you already have an online recreation account with the Town of Caledon, use your existing credentials to log in. If you're new to the system, tap Create Account on the login screen and follow the prompts to set up a new account.

If you forgot your password, tap Reset Password and a temporary password will be emailed to you. 

How do I access my digital membership card?

To access your digital membership card, navigate to the Home tab on the bottom menu bar. In the top right corner, tap the QR code button image QR code button next to your name. If you have multiple family members on your account, you can swipe through each membership card.

How do I find a drop-in program or course?

To search and find activities, navigate to the Browse tab on the bottom menu bar. Tap to choose the type of activity (courses, drop-ins, or all activities) or use the search bar at the top to search what you’re looking for. Using artificial intelligence (AI), you can use natural language like “yoga classes on weekday mornings” to find your results. You can further refine your search by tapping the Filter button image filters button in the top right corner.

How do I register for a program?

To register for a course, find a program and tap the Register button. Select the individual(s) you’d like to enroll, and tap Add to Cart. Tap on View Cart, then tap Checkout, select a payment method, and tap Confirm Purchase.

We do not accept pre-registration for drop-in activities, but you can scan your digital membership card when you arrive.

 

How do I see what I am registered for?

To see your current enrollments, navigate to the Home tab on the bottom menu bar. Under the Your Upcoming Activities section, activities that you are currently enrolled in will be displayed for you to swipe through. You can also view by navigating to the Account tab on the bottom menu bar and tapping Schedules.

How do I confirm a pending registration?
Any pending confirmations will show up as an alert on the top of your Home tab. To confirm a pending registration, tap on the alert and tap Confirm. You can also confirm by navigating to the Account tab and tapping Pending Confirmations.
How do I update my personal information?

To view your account information, navigate to the Account tab on the bottom menu bar and tap Personal Information, or tap Family Information to view other account members.

I am unable to add something to my cart

This is likely because the participant does not meet the requirements (age, gender, or residency) for the activity.
