The proposed development proposes a residential subdivision consisting of a mixture of medium density residential buildings, parks, roads, SWM ponds, and other future development blocks.
 Zoning By-law Amendment
The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to amend the by-law to add, remove or revise definitions, amend minimum parking provisions, yard setbacks, and amenity area requirements. Through this application, the applicant is also requesting to lift the holds that are in place as a result of By-law 2024-0055.
