Boards, committees and task forces

The Town of Caledon promotes and encourages civic engagement. Boards, committees and task forces play an important role in this process by providing advice and recommendations to Council.

Join the Caledon Sport Hall of Fame Committee

The Town of Caledon is looking to recruit residents to be part of the Caledon Sport Hall of Fame Committee. The Committee consists of five community volunteers (two members on a three-year term and three members on a two-year term, inclusive of one chair), with experience supporting the sports community within Caledon, and will be responsible for recommending Inductees to Council for the Caledon Sport Hall of Fame.

The Caledon Sport Hall of Fame (CSHOF) was established in 2018. The hall was created as a place to recognize, memorialize, and celebrate the accomplishments of Caledon athletes, builders, and teams, living or passed on, who have excelled at the community, provincial, national and international level(s).
