Zoning By-law Amendment |
The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to amend the zoning from General Commercial Exception 577 (C-577) to a site-specific Mixed Density Residential Exception XX (RMD-XX) zone to allow a range of residential and commercial uses with site-specific zone standards. |
