Planning Appeals

As part of the development application process, you can appeal any of the following applications to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT):

• Subdivisions
• Condominiums
• Official Plan Amendments
• Zoning By-law Amendments
• Consents
• Minor Variances
• Site Plans (owner only)
