The purpose of these applications is to convert an existing two-storey single detached dwelling into a daycare nursery facility.

The applicant proposes to amend the Official Plan Amendment by redesignating the property from Special Policy Area B to Institutional and amending the Zoning Bylaw by rezoning the lands from Rural Residential (RR) to Institutional (I).
