The subject lands are comprised of approximately 18.8 ha (46.5 ac). The legal description for the property is Part of Lot 22, Concession 1 (ALB), designated as Part 2 on Plan 43R-1140 and Part 1 on Plan 43R-3575.

The Draft Plan of Subdivision application proposes 21 single detached dwelling units within a 2.3 hectare (5.7 Acre) development area within the subject property. The dwelling units will be developed through a future common-elements plan which will include visitor parking, amenity space and a private road connection to McKee Drive South. The Plan includes a block for a proposed estate residential dwelling located on the north-east corner of the property as well as various blocks for the 14.1 hectares (35 acres) of open space lands outside of the proposed development areas of the site. |
