Terms of Reference
In reviewing the technical aspects of a development proposal, the Town requires a number of supporting studies and materials to be submitted as part of a complete planning application.
The Terms of Reference set out a study’s purpose, rationale, scope, who it is to be prepare by, and when it is required. The material required and scope of the study will vary depending on the scale and complexity of the proposed development.
At the Preliminary (PARC) Meeting, Town staff will identify what materials are required to be submitted with a development application. Additional materials may be required through the Pre-Consultation (DART) Review or formal application process.
The Town is developing various Terms of Reference and as they are finalized, will be added to this webpage.
