The applicant is proposing to amend the Zoning By-law by rezoning the lands from Highway Commercial (CH) and Agricultural (A1) to appropriate zone categories to facilitate the development.
The applicant is proposing to establish a subdivision consisting of 57 single detached dwelling lots, a 0.22 hectare open space block and a local road.
