Digram Developments Caledon Inc

The Town of Caledon would like to inform all residents and stakeholders that the following developments will be completed in 2025:

• Digram Developments Caledon Inc. Phase 1, 43M - 2051 Livingston Estates Subdivision

• Digram Developments Caledon Inc, Phase 2, 43M - 2096

• Digram Developments Caledon Inc, Phase 3, 43M - 2077

The Town has awarded Network Sewer and Watermain Ltd., with the construction contract to complete all remaining curbs, sidewalks, boulevards, sewer cleaning, road repairs, placement of top asphalt, etc. Work will commence approximately April 14, 2025 and be completed by September 26, 2025.

Homeowners and residents are reminded that certain aspects of the development, including grading, sodding of individual lots, and driveway paving, fall under the responsibility of the builder. These tasks are outside the scope of the Town's contracted work and will need to be coordinated directly with the builder.

Updates on the progress of these projects will be provided as they become available and will be displayed at www.caledon.ca/digramdevelopments.
