Ward 4, 5 & 6 Regional Councillor

Councillor Mario Russo was first elected in October 2022 as Regional Councillor for Wards 4, 5, and 6 in Caledon.

A proud resident of Caledon along with his wife and three children, Councillor Russo is deeply committed to the community. In his first two years, he has enthusiastically embraced his responsibilities, serving as Chair of the Planning Committee for the Town of Caledon and Vice-Chair of Planning and Growth Management at the Region of Peel. He also represents the Town of Caledon on the Board of Directors for the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, along with several other boards and advisory committees at both the Town and Regional levels.

Councillor Russo’s dedication is reflected in his active community engagement and his consistent presence at local events and business openings. He is passionate about being a strong voice for the residents of Wards 4, 5, and 6 and looks forward to continuing his work on behalf of the Town of Caledon.
